How to order

To order our products you must click on the Add To Cart button near the product descriptions.

Cart processing and ordering takes place through a secure server.


Payments are done via PayPal:

For all purchases made in the EU (European Union) or abroad, the payments will be processed in EUR (Euros).

On demand, we would also accept payments via SEPA bank transfer. If you want to pre-pay your order by bank transfer, please ask us first through the Contact form and we will send you an order confirmation by email with the total amount and details about our bank account in Spain.

We are so sure about the quality of our product that, if you are not fully satisfied with its purchase, we offer you the chance to return your merchandise to us in exchange for a full reimbursement of it, including initial shipping costs.

Taxes and import duties

List prices are without VAT. On deliveries to EU-countries, we charge VAT (21%). 

For companies in the EU with a valid VAT-number we will return the tax. Please, indicate it in the purchase info. You can check your VAT-number on the EC website.

Goods shipped to an international destination may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from INGEN10 Ingenieria, SL in Spain. 

OpenDAQ is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment can take up to 12 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.
